The founder of Wheels of Lightning, which started in   Jan. 2007 . "I  had tried riding with other groups, I just wasn't satisfied with the way they rode. Some of the groups were either unsafe or unorganized, so I decided to put together a group, and promote a safe organized motorcycle riding association. Slowly the members started to join, and then I received a call form Brian "B-Man" Lyons of Bucks County, PA asking if we had a chapter in their area, at that time we only had the Valdosta, Ga. group and had not thought of branching out,  so I talked it over with with the group and was told to give a try and see what happens, so we did and that started the Bucks County, PA. chapter, Then my kid Brother Dean "Cool Breeze" Manning in St. Petersburg, Fl. decided to buy a bike and started a chapter there so it look like the Wheels of Lightning is growing and hope to see a chapter all over the world.
